Sketch Challenge
Create a project using the sketch.
Today I have some more inspiration for this Challenge!
Diane Morales begins using the Cloudy Sky stencil and texture paste to make a cloudy base. She then creates a sparkly background using the Cloudy Sky stencil again. Wow! She adds a light blue wavy edge using the Land Borders die set. She colors the sweet mouse with the butterfly from the Garden Mice stamp and die set. She makes a wavy banner on which she stamps the sentiment. For her final touch, she adds a trio of pink flowers (Garden Mice).
Sue T. brings us this beautiful spring card. She creates the yellow border using the Framework die set. She adds her plaid paper for her the sketch stripe. Then using the Floral Fringe stamp set, she colors the flowers before cutting it out in a circle. Fabulous idea! She then colors the little girl holding the umbrella from the Loads of Blooms stamp and die set. She adds the perfect sentiment (Loads of Blooms). Darling! makes
Ready for a pastel birthday party? Becky Noelle's card definitely delivers! She creates her background in pale pastels using the Balloon stencil. She then adds a vellum layer which she has embossed using the Confetti stencil and adheres by stitching it on. She adds a trio of kitties using the Birthday Bash and the Newton Loves Cake stamp sets. Using a banner from Frames & Flags die set, she stamps the sentiment.
Bobbi Lemanski use of bright, bold colors makes for an amazing card. She creates her stripe using the Tropical Leaves stencil in lime green. She then creates a beautiful scene on which she places the toucan couple from the Toucan Party stamp and die set. She stamps "Celebrate" from the Cocktail Mixer stamp set on the banner. She scatters some sequins for her final touch.
Debbie Owens may have you craving for your favorite ice cream. She stamps the ice cream cones from the Summer Scoops stamp set in lime green, pink, and teal. She then adds layers in the same colors before adding a banner (Frames & Flags die set) with the sentiment (Summer Scoops). The small circle was cut from the Frames Squared die set with the smile sentiment (Summer Scoops) stamped in teal. The main attraction is the sweet, gray kitty from the Newton's Summer Treats stamp set enjoying his double scoops!
I hope these projects have inspired you to play along! Remember, you have until this Friday, July 26, 2019 to enter. There's a prize involved too, so don't delay - view all the entries and see more inspiration on our Inky Paws Challenge here!
