Don't forget -
There's still time to play along with our latest Inky Paws Challenge!
Here'a a refresher.
Create a project using the theme--Cozy Winter.
Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!
Amy Tollner shows us how to spend a wintry day--snuggled up reading a book! Set on a teal base die cut using the scallop-edged frame die from the Frames & Flags die set, she adds a window frame with a winter scene outside. The snow is made using the Petite Snow stencil. The hilly ground uses the Land Borders die set, and the trees were made using the Forest Scene Builder die set. Inside away from the chilly elements is the image from the A Cozy Day stamp set shaded in soft pastel hues. Don't you just want to curl up in that chair too?
Becky Noelle creates a snowy card by using the Snowfall stencil for her falling snow. She then adds lots of snow people from the Frozen Friends stamp set. She shades each scarf in a color of the rainbow, and the effect is spectacular!
Debbie Owens begins with a teal plaid paper die cut using the postage-edged die from the Framework die set. She then adds a wood grain paper die cut using the rounded-corner die from Frames Squared die set. She uses the image from Fireside Friends stamp set. Don't her critters on the teal throw rug look sweet as they soak up the heat? She adds a jute twine bow to add a bit of country charm.
Diane Morales goes with a pink and teal color scheme that is so cheery and bright! Using the Frames Squared die set, she creates her square base. She adds some hilly terrain using the Land Borders die set. Her trio of kitties all cozy on their sled from the Newton's Toboggan stamp and die set are all set for some wintry fun! The little pink banner was die cut using a die from the Frames & Flags die set. Cuteness!
Sue T.'s card is filled with mugs of hot chocolate--the perfect drink on a cold, wintry day! Sue uses three mugs from the Cup of Cocoa stamp and die set. With the trio of squares aligned vertically, she adds a splattering of snowflakes. The mugs are popped up with foam tape to add a nice dimension to this savory card!
I hope these projects have inspired you to play along! Remember, you have until this Friday, January 15, 2021 to enter. There's a prize involved too, so don't delay - view all the entries and see more inspiration on our Inky Paws Challenge here!
