Don't forget -
There's still time to play along with our latest Inky Paws Challenge!
Here'a a refresher.
Use the colors--orange, yellow, green, and white.
Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!
Debbie Owens creates a freshly spring slimline card showcasing the Dainty Daisies stamp set. She repeatedly stamps these pretty daisies and colors them in the challenge colors. She pulls two sentiments from the Heartfelt Essentials stamp set, and she adds a strip of black and white Washi tape along the edge for a nice, modern touch. A beautiful card for sending good wishes!
Diane Morales's bright card is a fabulous way to send hello to a friend! She uses the Frames Squared die set to create the card base as well as the layers on the card. On her yellow card base, she adds a subtle texture using the Tropical Leaves stencil. She then stamps the tropical image from the Tropical Fringe stamp set and uses shades the leaves, flowers, and pineapples in the challenge colors! Just love the brightness of her card!
Sue T.'s combines two stamps sets for this lovely card. She begins with a white card base with a scallop-edged layer die cut using the Frames & Flags die set. She heat embosses a light orange background using the Floral Roundabout stamp set. She pairs it with the flower-laden cyclist from the Loads of Blooms stamp and die set. She pops this image with some foam tape for added dimension. She adds the sentiment and a splattering of sequins. A lovely way to send birthday wishes!
Amy Tollner also pairs two stamps for a wonderful card. She begins with a slimline sparkly green card base with a white scallop-edged layer cut using the Slimline Frames & Portholes die set. She then stamps the floral image from the Floral Roundabout stamp set a couple of times and colors the flowers using the challenge colors. She places them behind the porthole windows. She then adds the flower-lovin' kitty from the Newton's Flower Garden stamp and cut using coordinating the die set. She finishes with a sentiment from the Spring Roundabout stamp set. What a clever way to combine stamp sets!
Claire Lamb uses the Slimline Masking Circles & Squares stencil to create her bold yellow squares. She then uses the Sunscape stencil to layer some orange sun rays on two of those squares. She then uses the balloons and the big present from the Holding Happiness stamp set as props for the little sheep from the Baa stamp and die set. She then cleverly combines sentiments from the Bleat and the Baa stamp. A superbly designed birthday card!
I hope these projects have inspired you to play along! Remember, you have until this Friday, April 23, 2021 to enter. There's a prize involved too, so don't delay - view all the entries and see more inspiration on our Inky Paws Challenge here!
