Don't forget -
There's still time to play along with our
latest Inky Paws Challenge!
Here'a a refresher.
Create a project using this fabulous sketch!
Today I'm sharing some more inspiration for our current challenge!
Debbie Owens has dressed one of the kittens from the Smitten Kittens stamp set with a mask from the Newton's Costume Party stamp set and placed him in a little graveyard with tombstones from the Count Newton stamp set. She adds ghastly ghosts using the Ghosts stencil and black grass using the Land Borders die set. She pulls a sentiment from the Batty Newton stamp set and embosses in white. The postage-edging using the Framework die set gives the background a nice touch. Spook-CAT-ular!
Diane Morales gives us another take on the sketch with a Halloween theme. She creates her card base using the Frames & Flags die set. Those black bats using the Flying Bats stencil set gives an eerie feel just right for the little witch from the Brooms & Boos stamp and coordinating die set. Diane's use of pastel pinks and oranges continues with the additional pumpkins from the PAW-tumn Newton and die set and Harvest Tails stamp and die set. Scary and so, so cute!
Sue T. has Winston enjoying a long weekend at his lake cabin! Using the Winston's Lake House stamp and coordinating die set, Winston is relaxing in his Adirondack chair with his cabin peeking out behind him. Sue adds big fluffy clouds in the backdrop using the Clouds stencil. The plaid paper and wood grain papers add a wonderful homey touch.
Amy Tollner provides a bright and bold card filled with desert delights! Set atop a light blue card base, she adds a wooden table top using the Hardwood stencil. On it sits three brightly colored flower pots with some prickly catci from the Cultivated Cacti stamp and coordinating die set. Lookin' sharp, Amy!
Claire Lamb gets us ready for the beauty of autumn! In the background are falling leaves created using the Falling Leaves stencil. She adds a wooden "floor" on which sits some critters enjoying a nap on the porch. These cute critters are from the newly released Fall Friends stamp and coordinating die set. Looks like a perfect way to spend an autumn day!
I hope these projects have inspired you to play along! Remember, you have until this Friday, September 10, 2021 to enter. There's a prize involved too, so don't delay - see more inspiration on our Inky Paws Challenge here!
