Here's some inspiration!
Need to get inspired? See what our Inspiration Team created with this challenge!
Ready to go surfing? Diane Morales will inspire you to pack up and head to the beach! She pulls the blue polka dotted paper from the Summertime paper pad for her sky and adds a big sun using the Sky Scene Builder die set. She colors her VW bus (Beach Bound stamp and die set) in the same blue and places it on the small-scalloped oval (Oval Frames die set). This is all placed on the palm tree paper (Summertime paper pad). Just love the fresh, ocean feel of this card!
Newton is celebrating the 4th of July in style! Sue T. uses the Fireworks stencil to create the firework blooms in the background. She adds Newton (Newton's 4th of July stamp and die set) with his glimmering sparklers. The patriotic paper and button add even more patriotic flare!
Amy Tollner's card will win over a coffee-lover's heart! Using the Coffee House Stories paper pad, Amy pulls three pattern papers that coordinate purr-fectly with Newton from the Newton Loves Coffee stamp and die set. She stamps the sentiment on a banner die cut using the Frames & Flags die set. Anyone craving a cup of java now? 😸
Claire Lamb has Newton (Naughty Newton stamp and die set) peeling off the white 'wrapping' paper to reveal the confetti (Confetti stencil) hidden beneath! Such a fun interpretation of the sketch! She uses the Frames Squared die set to make the scalloped panel. Then pulls the sentiment from the Zoo Party stamp set. Just love the CAS style with that Naughty Newton!
Debbie Owens uses the sketch to cover mini-composition notebooks. For this mini-book, she pulls the ice cream paper from the Summertime paper pad and coordinates it with Newton enjoying a yummy Popsicle (Newton's Summer Treats stamp set). Check out Deb's blog for more mini-books using the challenge sketch!
Thank you for the challenge and lovely DT inspiration - have a blessed day!
